Job Description

The firm is seeking a Technology Advisor or Patent Agent for its life sciences patent practice in the Silicon Valley, New York, or Washington, D.C. offices. The candidate must have a Ph.D. (or MD with research experience) in immunology, molecular biology, cell biology, virology, microbiology, oncology, gene editing, gene therapy, or a related field. Post-doctoral experience and a USPTO registration number are desirable but not required. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are also a must. This is a full-time position with in-office requirements.

The anticipated salary range for this position is:

$112,500 - $250,000 USD

Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including, without limitation:

• The qualifications of the individual applicant for the position.
• Years of relevant experience.
• Level of education attained.
• Certifications or other professional licenses held.
• The location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job, if applicable.
